We love the Gold Hills Golf Course neighborhood. Neighbors enjoy the idyllic setting and green vistas without being forced to belong to the course, or even to be in an HOA. If you love golf, there are few better places to live, and if you don’t love golf, it’s equally desirable. This lovely Gold Hills luxury REO home has been listed for sale 8 times since 1997, and it’s interesting to see the valuation arc reflecting the overall curve of home prices in the region. The price is down now. Representing the bank/seller interests ifs foreclosure listing agent David Parr of Sheldon Largent Realty. He writes:
