So writes foreclosure listing broker representing the seller, Brian Salado of The Real Estate Group. Why so cheap? He goes on to write in the private remarks what is easily the most euphemistic description of Mold that we’ve read in some time. We can’t quote, but something like: Brown substance consitent with water damage etc etc. We rarely actually say the word Mold in our line of work as agents. We are not experts in Mold, and we vigorously and repeatedly advise everyone with any question about Mold to hire a specialist. A Mold man. Or a Mold woman. As humans though, we have apretty good idea of what is Moldy and what isn’t Moldy. But as real estate professionals, we can only shrug our shoulders and mutter something about substances consistent with moisture damage. The M word. Yeah, it’s a four-letter word in our business.
