This home in the Churn Creek Bottom looks better in person than it does here. We’ve been out to it. Last April, a “valuation service” we hadn’t worked with before (and won’t be working with again) asked us to go and estimate it’s market value. The story gets long after that so we’ll save it for later. Suffice it to say we liked the house and acreage, and we like the Churn Creek Bottom. The house is located near the road, so it has traffic noise. The acreage is mostly behind the house, and there were some outbuildings when we last saw it. Representing the bank/seller interests in this sale is foreclosure listing broker Sonny Mallory of Zion Realty. He writes:
“Bedrooms, baths, square footage to be verified by buyer’s agent with county as the listing information was obtained according to an appraiser and there is no previous information on the MLS. REO to be sold AS-IS. Please submit all offers with a valid prequalification.”
