This post was published 3 months 22 days ago, which may mean this home is not for sale anymore. You can always call to check current availability. FDotD or The Address Realty is not responsible for any misunderstanding. It should be pretty clear.
We imagine the nighbors on this street all imitating Japanese accents. “Harrow!” says one. “Harrow to you,” says the next. Life goes on in suburban splendor at this east Redding cul de sac idyll, oblivious to the perceived political incorrectness of pretending to have and Asian accent of any sort. “Harrow!”
We’ve no such compunction against adopting fake accents here at FDotD, Asian or otherwise. Sometimes one must look afar for even simple amusements in and among the flotsam floating in with the gray sea swells of the foreclosureland slow motion tsunami.
Today’s beachcombing discovery includes this bank owned home on a quiet tree lined street, an easy walk to either Liberty Christian or Enterprise High School. Here being represented for sale by foreclosure listing agent David Parr of Sheldon Largent Realty. He writes:
“Great opportunity on this East Redding home. Home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on a large cul-de-sac lot with 1258 square feet of living space. Please provide proof of funds with all cash offfers.”
Proof of fun? You got it. Harrow! Proof of funds, another matter. Got any?

We rely on your calls and good-natured toleration of our sometimes obtuse humor. We have to laugh, or else we’d often cry here at FDotD. And there’s no crying in real estate.
