Readers will recall we featured this REO home un-priced here at FDotD on January 2 2012, so it apparently took them a while to get this one on the market. Well, here it is. This one carries a bit of wistful sadness for us, since this was the home of a friend and neighbor. Hard working people caught up in economic times not of our making. In the end however, homes are just things. And all things are ephemeral.
