Anyway, this one is owned by your government in the form of their Freddie Mac organization. Representing their interests is foreclosure listing agent Kelly Gain Parker of Coldwell Banker. She writes:

Hm Warr offered for OO buyers- see restrictions under docs.Termite & NHD reports are uploaded under docs. Age, sq ftg, taken from assessor data, buyers to verify”
The main agent-speak jargon you may need translated is that “Hm Warr offered for OO buyers” means that owner occupants may get a 2 year home warranty thrown in, although their version has a higher deductable than most others, just so you know. There’s more jargon, call us to translate if needed.

As usual, we are working today. Still, we took some time on this MLK Day to reflect on the life of a man who paid the ultimate price for his country, Anderson’s Chad Regelin. Sir, we salute your courage, and your life’s work of saving others, and offer our most sincere condolences to your family and many friends here in Shasta County. You are a hero to all of us, and serve as an example of the best and bravest. Your sacrifice leaves us with the heavy responsibility of living up to your virtues, so that you did not die in vain.
