This one has a nice looking garage. Hill is in the old Summit City neighborhood that is now part of Shasta Lake City. This home is near Ranchera Pines too, a neighborhood we like very much. It’s not clear from the listing (Waste:Waste), but the home is on a septic system. If you don’t know much about that, we can help. It’s also on Shasta Lake electrical utilities, so that’s a good thing. As for home heat, it says “Other” so use your imagination, we suppose. We can see that it appears the woodstove has been removed.
