So writes foreclosure listing agent Kelly Gain Parker of Coldwell Banker. What does it mean when a property hits the market and has 5 offers in one day? Well, we’ll see. If it were my listing, I might think I priced it too low. Certainly if it were my house, I’d want to wait a while on the MLS to see what sort of offers come in after for at least a weekend cycle or two. Or perhaps it’s the seller’s intention to bid it up in a buying frenzy. Although that strategy seems risky in this market, we’ve seen it done lately. In any event, this looks like a hot one.
