This location could be good for a home business that needs visibility or access. Victor Avenue is a busy arterial street. This strip of single family homes seems the result of less than optimal planning from 1970′s Enterprise days, before it was in the City of Redding. Victor was not as busy then as it is now. We looked at the zoning on this one, and it seems to be only Single Family Residential. At some point, all the homes across the street on the west side were removed, but this strip of Eichler influenced dwellings remain on the east side. Now, it belongs to our government in the form of the Fannie Mae organization, whose interests in this particular sale are being represented by foreclosure listing agent Freddie Martin of Windermere Norcal Properties. She writes:
“3 bedrooms, 1 bath open floor plan. Newer kitchen and floors. Approximately 1057 sq ft. Large back yard. Close to transportation, shopping and schools. Buyer to verify all information. Selling AS IS.”
And while it may be close to schools, there are no sidewalks on busy Victor for little Johnny or Suzie to skateboard on to get there, so bear that in mind. Care to see it?
