So writes foreclosure listing agent Ann Autore-Musilek of Banner Realty. This bank owned 1979 built 3/3 is listed as 1958 sqft. It didn’t actually sell when it was listed for $569K in 2006, but it seemed plausible enough.
The arc of valuation is illustrated here with images of this Palo Cedro equestrian REO property in that it sold twice in 2003, and the second time, it had gone up from $325K to $385K. Those were the days. Buy a house and maybe do a little remodeling, then sell it a few months later for $60K more. Entire business models were built on that concept. That was then and this is now. Anyway, we can show this one to you.
