The back of the home wraps around the pool, making it a central feature. That’s not really evident in the marketing images provided for this Fannie Mae foreclosure home south of Redding. But we attached the prior sold listing to the link, and it offers a different perspective. Also put in perspective, the lost decade. This home sold for about the same price as it is listed now in 2002. Only back then, $195K would go farther in gas money. Interestingly, GoogleMaps seems to think it’s in Anderson. In fact, it is located in the unincorporated Shasta County area between Redding and Anderson. Be sure to zoom in on it using the GoogleMap controls to see how it wraps around the pool. Nice.
