This is a great neighborhood for the money. Nearby to all the Downtown Redding fun, and also Turtle Bay School. Arboretum, River Trail, Museum, Sundial Bridge, Caldwell Park, Aquatic Center, Redding Golf Course, all just a jog or bike ride away. The 2007 prior listing of this 1960 built Redding Ranch Style home mentions that it has evaporative cooling along with the HVAC system, and RV parking on it’s corner lot. Technically, it’s in the Del Mar Gardens subdivision, but more people will probably think of this as Benton Tract.
