In this small town of ours, we inevitably see homes lost to foreclosure belonging to friends, neighbors, and clients. Sometimes they are all three, like this one. On an intellectual level, one can know how it happens, and press on. But on a more spiritual level, you really can’t get past the pain and regret that accompanies the loss. This is a painful FDotD to see. Happy New Year, indeed.
It’s a nice home, in a terrific neighborhood. The pool looks out over the Sulfur Creek greenbelt to the western mountains beyond. You get some beautiful sunsets here. It has apparently not yet been priced by your government, in the form of the Fannie Mae organization. It remains unlisted. Whenever it turns up on the list, we would be happy to inform you.
