We really like this neighborhood a lot, and consider it one of the best places in Cottonwood. Fannie Mae has recently changed the way offers are turned in, for reasons that are evident to anyone representing buyers. We represented government sellers in the past, so flow of their “new” online system is not really new to us, but it is quite complicated and unforgiving, which we predict will give some buyers agents much grief. It is a royal, but necessary pain to enter buyer offers into Fannie Mae now. We know why they were forced to do it this way, though, and we know how to get it done.
