We represented government sellers in the past, so flow of their “new” online system is not really new to us, but it is quite complicated and unforgiving, which we predict will give some buyers agents much grief. It is a royal, but necessary pain to enter buyer offers into Fannie Mae now. We know why they were forced to do it this way, though, and we know how to get it done.
