Back then the agent described this as a Palo Cedro home, when it seemed possible that a 10 acre piece there with a 2104 sqft home might bring $420K. We know this house well. We sold it as a foreclosure/REO back in 2007, back when we listed foreclosures. In fact, our old fashioned online tour of this Oak Run home on acreage is still up at the link. From appearances of the MLS listing images of this rural acreage it seems that not much has changed. Representing the interests of the government on this second time around REO is foreclosure listing agent Kevin Burns of Coldwell Banker. He writes:
