We love these homes. Cheerful, inviting looking, and colorful. They represent an American Style of living that seems to have universal appeal. Community, nestled comfortably in some kind of Norman Rockwell-esque vision of modernity. You can see yourself living here, right?
Well the prior owner could probably see themselves here, when they paid $210K for it in 2006, using the City of Redding’s Downpayment Assistance Program. This home was reserved by the builder specifically for that program. The city’s DAP program is no more, but something somewhat similar still exists called the City of Redding Homebuyer Program.
