Wow, this one is really visually interesting! A 106 year old Victorian that has been refurbished nicely with more modern remodeling. From the 4 supplied images, it looks really intriguing for the money, which works out to about $32 per sq ft. It’s a great central location, just a short walk to Olive View Elementary and Woodson Park.
Corning is in Tehama County and is well known for its Olive crop. I-5 Travelers often see Corning as home to a large truck stop and a big car dealer, but if you stop in you can find glass blowing and Olive oriented boutiques. The 2010 United States Census reported that Corning had a population of 7,663 living in 2,871 housing units, of which this cute home is just one. It’s a great small town, with all that implies. Oh and there’s a big Casino called Rolling Hills and really nice golf course there, which helps supply steady employment. We’ve sold real estate in Corning before, but it’s just about as far south as we’ve worked. Representing the interests of this bank/seller is foreclosure listing agent Linda Allison of Allison Realty. She writes:
“DOLLHOUSE VICTORIAN. LOTS OF SQUARE FOOTAGE, BONUS ROOMS, FORMAL LIVING, HARDWOOD FLOORS AND LOTS OF ORIGINAL WOOD INSIDE. LARGE WRAP AROUND PORCH AND NICE BACK YARD. TO BE SOLD AS IS. FOR SELLER FINANCING INCENTIVS AGENTS AND BUYERS ARE REQUESTED TO CONTACT DESIGNATED CHASE LOAN OFFICER. CALL OFFICE FOR DETAILS.”
Yes, call this office below, and we will “Chase” down the “designated” loan officer for you:

Although we are not used to chasing loan officers, it’s just one service we provide of many. Thanks for your support of FDotD!

Erin said the house reminded her of a Jane Austen novel. Live the dream!
