Here’s a 4 bedroom home on the westside for under $100k. We recall it most recently as a failed short sale. Now foreclosed and ready to buy, we are further informed that it needs repairs. That restricts the financing available to renovation loans, so really it’s priced for a cash offer. There are more images of this west Redding fixer at the link. Representing the interests of the government/seller in the form of your Fannie Mae organization is foreclosure listing agent Vicki Cook of Banner Realty. She writes:
“Bungalow, tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood in south Redding. Home has 4 bdrms and 1.5 baths. Great room plan with large kitchen that has space for a kitchen table. Detached one car garage some rear and side fencing and room for a garden.”

Seeing no veranda, or even any porch on this hip-roofed rancher, we confess to missing any evidence of this being a bungalow, or even bungalow influenced. Maybe we’re just not seeing it. Call us up, and we’ll meet you there to investigate it together.
