This one is currently listed twice in the MLS. Above, we see it as a short sale in escrow, but marked Continue to Show by agent (edit 9-20-11)Karyn Jo Henson of Keller Williams. And now we see it below, as a Freddie Mac foreclosure listed by Ann Marie Nelson of Realty World Tri Shasta:
An interesting difference in photography styles. We wonder if the short sale agent knows that the home was foreclosed some time ago, and the escrow will not go through now. Well, certainly someone will tell her, and the buyer and their agent, and the escrow people and so on. All perhaps waiting in a sort of short sale limbo.
